The Ramat Sirin vineyard features a mix of volcanic rock and red clay soil with excellent drainage, allowing for balanced vine growth and even ripening. Constant winds and relatively low humidity reduce disease pressure while supporting fast, high-quality ripening.

Grapes were gently pressed immediately upon arrival at the winery. The must was settled overnight and then fermented cold in stainless steel tanks to retain the varietal’s fruity and herbal aromatics.
A crisp, fresh, and summery wine with aromas of chamomile blossom, pear, apple, and hints of citrus. On the palate, it is tightly structured, dry, and mineral-driven with notable intensity.
