Sheba Merlot Rosé
Sourced from Ben Zimra vineyard in the Upper Galilee, located on terraced mountain slopes with terra rossa soil and hard limestone. The region features a cool climate with hot days, cool nights, and low humidity—conditions that enable a long ripening period and the development of rich aromas and flavors in the grapes.

Hand-harvested in the early morning into small containers. Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes were gently pressed and the must underwent natural cold settling overnight. Fermentation then proceeded at a low temperature in stainless steel tanks to preserve the wine’s fresh, fruity, and herbal character.
This rosé displays a distinctive aroma of citrus and tropical fruits with a pronounced herbal edge. The palate is elegant and refreshing.
Pairs well with fish dishes, aged goat cheeses, or savory vegetable quiches.
