The wine is produced entirely from Chardonnay grapes from selected vineyards in the Galilee and the Judean Hills. Chardonnay, originating from the Bourgogne region in France, produces the best white wines in the world. Chardonnay has adapted well in Israel and grows in a temperate and dry climate that prevents diseases in this sensitive grape variety.

The grapes are harvested in a nightly harvest and are immediately transferred to root destemming and to a soft crushing. The must is transferred to a natural overnight maceration. After the must clarification, the liquid is fermented at a temperature of 16 degrees Celsius. At the end of the fermentation, the wine undergoes a series of racking and clarifications until the bottling stage.

The Cabernet Sauvignon is a vibrant red-and-purplish colored wine with clear aromas of red fruits, delicate seasoning and excellent freshness. The mouth reveals a medium body which allows to enjoy the wine while it is still young. It has a slight complexity and a short and pleasant finish.
