Each variety was fermented separately after destemming. Following pressing and malolactic fermentation, the final blend was assembled and aged for six months in contact with oak to add depth and texture.

This red blend combines the fruity character of Cabernet Sauvignon with the structure, deep color, and dark fruit flavors of Petit Verdot. The result is a balanced wine with medium body, pronounced fruit and spice, good complexity, and a smooth, pleasant finish.

A perfect match for grilled duck, beef dishes, hearty stews, or aged cheeses such as Gruyère and Parmigiano.
