Grenache grapes were pressed with minimal skin contact; Syrah was handled by the bleeding method. Fermentation took place at low temperature to preserve delicate aromas.
Bright and aromatic with red fruit notes and refreshing acidity. Best enjoyed young and well-chilled (8–10°C). A great companion for seafood dishes.
