The Grenache grapes are harvested and transported to the winery. Grenache grapes undergo pressing and very short contact time with the skins during the pressing and immediately proceed to the containers for settling, the short contact between the grapes and the peels produces a bright and vital pink color and expresses the flavors of the red fruit. After natural settling the must is transferred to slow alcoholic fermentation at a cold temperature, similar to white wine, allowing to preserve the delicate aromas. At the end of fermentation, the wine is racked and filtered prepared and for bottling.
The wine has a clear light pink hue. The nose is sharp and has the pleasant aroma of citrus blossoms, in the tasting it displays a refreshing sourness of red grapefruit, and a slight sweetness of wild strawberries and red raspberries. In the mouth it is fresh and has a wonderful acidity that supports well the sweetness of its fruit aromas. The Green Bin Rose is excellent for serving along with delicate appetizers, fresh salads and light fish dishes like Salmon.
