Green Bin – Elegant & Tropical – Sauvignon Blanc
This wine originates in Ben Zimra Vineyard, located in the Upper Galilee. The plot is situated on a terraced hillside and is characterized by Terra Rosa soil and hard limestone. The climate during the summer nights is cool and the days are relatively hot, with low humidity. These conditions allow good and high-quality development of the flavor and aroma components in the grapes over a relatively long ripening process.

Harvested by hand, destemmed and gently pressed. The juice was fermented slowly and at a low and controlled temperature to preserve the fruit aromas.
After fermentation the wine underwent stabilization and filtering processes prior to bottling.
The wine is characterized by a clean and sharp aroma of white peach, citrus and tropical character with accentuated herbaceous, the flavor is elegant and fresh.
The Green Bin is best served with Goats Cheese, Vegetable Pies and Fish dishes. At a temperature of 10-12 degrees.
