Yogev Aromatic Blend is made from a harmonious combination of three grape varieties: Sauvignon Blanc, Muscat Canelli and a dash of Gewurztraminer. The grapes are harvested from vineyards in the Gilboa and Lower Galilee.

The Gewurztraminer and Muscat Canelli grapes are the first grapes to be harvested right at the start of harvest season, while the Sauvignon Blanc grapes arrive at the winery a little later. Each variety is pressed promptly upon arrival at the winery in order to obtain the finest quality juice. All the grapes undergo natural clarification before being transferred for a slow, cold alcoholic fermentation in order to preserve their respective refreshing aromas. The wine is transferred again, this time to stainless steel tanks, for an additional brief period of aging, with no oak contact whatsoever, after which the final wine blend is selected and the wine is bottled.

Yogev Aromatic Blend is a semi-dry white wine with floral and tropical aromas and cheerful summer fruit on the nose. The combination of the three grape varieties with their delicate sweetness reveals a wine that is loveable but still quite sophisticated. Yogev Aromatic Blend should be enjoyed while young but will continue to age well and develop flavors a year or two after vintage date.
