After harvesting, the grapes were gently pressed, and the juice underwent a slow, controlled fermentation to preserve the fresh fruit aromas. The wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks, resulting in a crisp, clean structure and the vibrant fruit character typical of these varieties.
A precise blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay yields a pale green-tinted wine with aromas of fresh citrus and tropical fruits. It features excellent acidity, a clean, sharp flavor, and a pleasant balance.
A true “food wine,” this white is ideal with a wide range of dishes, especially Mediterranean-style fare such as primavera risotto, Provençal tomatoes, oven-baked fish, and rich dishes like creamy soups.
